How to prepare your custom T-shirt or polo order
For a useful quotation, our Wuhan factory export team needs more than a garment photo. Send a style or reference, fabric requirements, quantities by color and size, branding details and delivery destination. We use these details to check the garment, customization, MOQ and sample requirements for your order.

1. Tell us the fabric and feel you need
Choose a T-shirt or polo style and include its style code, such as HY-T10 or HY-P07. If you have a reference garment, send clear front, back and detail photos.
- Composition: specify cotton, a cotton blend or another required fabric. Confirm the exact composition for your chosen style.
- GSM: tell us your target fabric weight if you know it. GSM means grams per square metre; it describes fabric weight, not the whole garment's quality or fit.
- Feel and fit: describe softness, stretch, surface texture and a regular, oversized or other desired fit.
- Colors: send color references and the quantity required in each color. Confirm the fabric or garment sample before production.
If you do not know the GSM or composition, explain the intended use and send a reference. We can discuss the specification before quoting; do not choose a fabric only by its weight.
2. Break down the quantity by color and size
A total quantity alone does not tell us how the order will be produced. Provide a size breakdown for each color and confirm the measurements of the selected garment.

MOQ depends on the style, fabric, colors and customization. We confirm sample and small-batch availability for each request. Ask for the current measurement chart and agree the measurement method and tolerances before approval.
3. Specify printing, embroidery and private labels
Send your artwork, the desired dimensions and its position on the garment. A logo file without placement and size is not a complete production instruction.

Printing, embroidery and label suitability are reviewed for the selected garment and artwork. Confirm the agreed method in your sample and written order specification.
4. Approve the sample and written specification
Ask for a sample quotation before bulk production. Confirm sample cost, customization and shipping details first. When checking the sample, review:
- Fabric composition, weight, color and feel.
- Measurements, fit and stitching.
- Logo method, position, size and colors.
- Labels, hang tags and packaging.
- Any changes required before approving bulk production.

5. Include the delivery destination and date
For buyers in South Africa, Nigeria or another market, send the country, city, postal code where applicable, preferred shipping method and required arrival date. Tell us if you already have a freight forwarder.
Production timing, transport scope, shipping costs, customs responsibilities and payment terms must be confirmed for the order. We provide a quotation for the agreed requirements; the website does not display fixed garment prices or a fixed landed cost.
