A process name is not an approval sample
The first question is not which printing method is best in general, but how this particular artwork should appear on this garment. Large graphics, fine lettering, gradients and simple logos can have different requirements for detail, color and feel.
Options may include screen printing, direct digital printing and different transfer processes. Suitability depends on the fabric, base color, equipment and material system. Describe the effect you want and ask the supplier to explain the proposed approach and what needs sample confirmation.
Provide complete artwork information
Supply a clear file, the actual printed dimensions, placement and color reference. A phone screenshot rarely communicates enough about detail or final scale. If production-ready artwork is not available, send the material you have and identify what still needs preparation.
Placement also needs precision. A centered chest design still requires decisions about its distance from the neckline and its proportions on different sizes. Review a large graphic on a complete garment instead of approving the artwork in isolation.
Review feel and care performance
When the sample arrives, assess the color and clarity and feel the printed area. Check whether the result behaves as intended when the garment moves. The handle of a large decorated area is particularly relevant to next-to-skin clothing.
Review appearance after the agreed care procedure. Every process has a specific application range, so an unexplained stretch test or informal wash should not replace an agreed assessment. Keep the approved print sample and specification as the reference for production.
