YOUR BRAND, YOUR DETAILS

Custom clothing,
from the fabric up.

Start with a reference style or your own design. Build a clear brief for fabric, fit, decoration and packaging, then refine the details through sampling.

Discuss your project

Material options, minimum quantities, sampling costs and lead times are confirmed for each project.

Start with a reference style, then define your fabric, fit and branding.

01 / FABRIC & FIT

Choose how the garment should feel and move.

A useful fabric brief goes beyond “soft” or “premium.” Tell us where the garment will be worn, the season and the look you want. A physical reference helps us discuss the differences that matter.

Composition & construction

Specify preferred fibers or blends and whether the style calls for jersey, piqué, fleece or a woven construction. We can review suitable options for the project.

Weight & coverage

Share your target GSM, opacity and drape. A heavier fabric is not automatically better; the right weight depends on the silhouette and intended use.

Measurements & fit

Provide a size chart with measurement points, your base sample size and intended fit. Confirm tolerances and grading before approving the size range.

Color & care

Send a physical color reference or an agreed color code. Define washing, drying and pressing requirements so the sample can be assessed under relevant conditions.

02 / BRAND DETAILS

Give every detail a clear specification.

Printing

Share the artwork, colors, placement and finished dimensions. The suitable method depends on fabric, design detail, quantity and desired feel. Review a sample for appearance and care performance.

Embroidery

Provide a clear logo file, size and location. Fine lettering, dense fills and lightweight fabrics need particular attention. Approve thread colors and the stitched sample.

Labels & packaging

03 / FROM BRIEF TO BULK

A clear approval process.

  1. Share the brief

Send reference images or a tech pack, garment measurements, artwork, quantity by size and color, and your required delivery destination and date.

  2. Review feasibility & quotation

We discuss material choices, construction and branding requirements. Confirm the quotation scope, sampling arrangements and proposed timeline in writing.

  3. Develop & review the sample

Check fit, measurements, hand feel, color and decoration. Consolidate feedback with marked photographs and measurement notes so revisions are clear.

  4. Approve the production reference

Confirm the final sample, specifications, size breakdown and packaging details. Any change after approval should be reviewed for its effect on cost and timing.

  5. Confirm checks & delivery

Agree inspection criteria and any required third-party tests before production. Confirm packing, shipment details and the documents needed for your destination.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we start.

Can I customize an existing style?

Yes—start by sharing the style you are interested in and the changes you want. We will review fabric, color, fit and branding options for that project.

What are the minimum quantity and lead time?

They depend on the style, material, decoration and order breakdown. Send the brief so we can confirm the relevant minimums, sample schedule and production timeline rather than quote a generic figure.

Can you match a reference garment exactly?

A physical reference is helpful, but material availability and construction can affect the result. Agree the essential characteristics and approve the proposed sample before bulk production.

How do we handle performance or certification requirements?

Tell us the required claim, test method, acceptance criteria and documentation at the start. Availability and evidence must be checked for the specific materials and order; do not assume every option has the same certification.

What should I check on the sample?

Review measurements, fit, seams, fabric, color, artwork and labels. Where relevant, assess the sample after the agreed care procedure. Keep the approved reference and record the final changes.
